A Special Communication of the M. W. Grand Lodge was held at Brownville for the purpose of dedicating the new Masonic Hall of Pleasant River Lodge, No. 163.

The Grand Lodge was opened in ample form in an adjoining apartment of their hall.

A committee of Pleasant River Lodge waited upon the Grand Lodge and announced that their lodge

was opened in the main hall, and was ready to receive the M. W. Grand Lodge, whereupon the procession was conducted to the hall, Grand Honors extended, and the Grand Lodge Officers assumed their stations.

The ceremony of dedication was conducted in ancient form by the Grand Master with the assistance of the brethren.

The Grand Master addressed the brethren briefly, and the Grand Lodge retired and was closed in due form.

The ceremony of dedication was conducted in ancient form by the Grand Master with the assistance of the brethren, after which the following program was presented:
