Rainbow on Parade

The Bridgton Assembly #42, International Order of Rainbow for Girls won 1st place in the Bridgton Festival of Lights for their float on Nov.24,2006.

There were over a dozen other floats in the parade.The girls designed and built the float themselves. Special thanks to Brother Ron McAllister of Delta Lodge in Lovell for the trailer and driving the girls.

 

Recognizing Volunteers

Most Masons don't spend a lot of time bragging about what they do but Brother. Irv Marsters could do a lot if he wished. In addition to owning and operating a Bangor business, Irv devotes time to (among other things) the Maine Volunteer Connection. Irv was the Master of Ceremonies at the 2006 Governor's Service Award ceremonies.
